DELIVERY POLICY:
All orders are dispatched on working days from Monday through Friday, excluding US Public Holidays.
- Standard delivery with FedEx carrier $8.50. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on destination within the United States.
- Standard delivery is free on orders over $75.
- Express Delivery with FedEx carrier Service Next Day Delivery (For orders placed before 13:00hrs) $15. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on destination within the United States.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
2.1 Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
2.2 Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. In some cases, payments are taken by the card issuer and held in a secure account until the checks are completed. In this case, we will contact you to confirm key details and next steps with the order. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
2.3 Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
2.4 Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may lead to delays with shipping and delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues.
RETURN PROCEDURE
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.
Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.
All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s).
Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
Complimentary gifts with purchase cannot be returned for refunds.
Currently, QMS is only able to accept the return of products purchased through the official QMS website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by QMS. QMS reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
